So many of us get immediately stressed out just be the thought of Meal Prepping. Meal Prepping is probably the thing that I get the most questions about and something that it seems that EVERYONE wants to take on but it’s also the biggest struggle for most. The GOOD NEWS is that it does not have to be such a struggle!!

One of the most effective tools that I have found for myself and for my clients is using a tool like My Fitness Pal to track food. Yes, many f us have attached an unhealthy meaning to tracking but what it can do it actually educate you on the macronutrients of each food and help you understand what works for you in reaching your health goals. Maybe trying shifting the negative thoughts towards getting educated and gaining power over your goals!
