Having Your Life Work Takes Something!

Having a life that works is something that I’m pretty sure EVERYONE is out to have but not everyone is willing to look at where the work needs to be put in. When things start to fall off track and workability becomes a struggle, the first place to look is within YOU!

In my video below I share a few experiences of how my life wasn’t working and what I did to get my focus back. Being able to catch yourself when your life is a little off is a blessing because you get to catch it before it starts to flow into ALL areas of your life. I know it can be tough to swallow BUT we do truly create our own worlds. Yes, circumstances do come up on all different levels and we get choose what we do from there. Ever notice how when you wake up feeling “blah” then head out to do errands and your just in a yukky mood and all goes down hill from there. You get behind the slowest driver EVER! The cashier at the grocery store keeps double ringing your stuff. Your favorite coffee shops screws up your coffee…..and it just keeps going. Am I right? You just can’t WIN on those days! THEN you have a day where you wake up rested. You get sweet texts from a friend or family member. You love the outfit you chose to wear. You actually stop in the road to let another car pull out in front of you. You talk to random people in the  grocery store AND your favorite coffee shop makes you the BEST cup of coffee EVER!! Funny how all that works, huh!??!

What would it look like if you were able to catch yourself on those “yukky” days and make a CHOICE for your day to go differently?? Just making a few different decisions could totally shift your day. Even if you don’t want to at first, it will eventually work in your favor.

My challenge for you is to pay attention to how you wake up and how your day is going and take on creating that shift. You will NOT regret it!!
