Hi! I’m Kristen
I’m a Mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, an auntie, a cousin, a niece, a granddaughter, a friend, a leader, and a business owner. I’ve struggled with self confidence, finances, time management and balanced nutrition. I’ve self sabotaged, I spent most of my adult life 100lbs overweight, I’ve failed at business, failed at leadership and I’ve craved the acceptance of others. I lost myself in all of that!
This was not a life that was empowering me to move forward and it definitely wasn’t the legacy I wanted to leave for my children or those around me. I made a CHOICE to create a life I was proud of and a life that not only served me but also served others.
I took control of my health and my weight. I took a leap of faith and recreated my business. I gave up having to please others. I dove into self development and intense leadership trainings. Through all that, I FOUND MYSELF!
Today I am maintaining a healthy weight, I have amazing relationships, my business is thriving and more successful than I could have ever imagined, fianaces are in good standing and my self doubt has disappeared. I am now training others in creating a thriving business of their own, growing in their leadership, creating structures around time management and creating healthy habits around their health and wellness.
And THAT is why I’m passionate about empowering others in having a life they LOVE and living it POWERFULLY!!
