I am always looking for ways to better support and find solutions for those Moms that are living the schedule that I did while my kiddos were growing up.
It was a true balancing act while being on opposite schedules as the rest of the family and not easy missing out on many family meal times.

At the moment, what are you struggling with the most in regards to meal prepping and balancing your meals while working through most meal times?
How is this struggle getting in the way of your goal of losing and/or maintaining weight?
In what ways has this impacted other areas of your life? (ex; falling off track with your workouts when you’re not on track with your meals, feeling frustrated at work when you’re not prepared with a healthy meal, being frustrated at home because you don’t have time to fit everything in etc)
What have you tried in the past in order to overcome time management struggles in regards to healthy meal planning and losing weight?
