Knowing What Your Doing When Makes A Difference
Having a schedule definitely plays a big part in our mindset.Not only is it hard to just get back on track in general but when our days are just “fly by the seat of your pants” that brings on a whole new struggle.
When your looking to Get Back On Track that means that in some area of your life you are needing STRUCTURE. That structure starts with a schedule. Whether is a workout schedule, a meal prep schedule, a work schedule or a schedule for your family and their activities. Things may not always go as planned but they are more than likely to happen if they are given an actual time on your calendar or schedule. Nothing is too big or too small to add to your schedule! I know that I have my BEST days when I schedule everything down to my breakfast, my workout and even my shower!!
When you have those days that things come up and your schedule gets thrown way off, take those things that you are not able to get to and RESCHEDULE them in sometime over the next few days. Finding that BALANCE will bring you so much freedom in your days and in your life! There are things that you will have to give up doing to make other things happen. You may need to get up a little earlier or go to bed a little later. Making sacrifices for the important things in your life is part of growing and a part of you getting the results that you are looking for.
