Proud Coach Moments are Just Like Proud Momma Moments!

As I’ve said before, I LOVE my job as a Coach and I have also said before that it’s not easy building your own business BUT something that makes it ALL worth it is when you have those PROUD COACH MOMENTS!!! In the video below I share some of my favorite proud coach moments and why they mean so much to me.

Helping people get results in their nutrition and fitness is awesome but there is NOTHING like empowering others to see their OWN strength! It is so important to create a mindset that allows them to dig deep and really GET what their WHY is and what makes it so important to them. Having the opportunity to guide them and watch them grow in all their successes and their struggles and being right there when they reach that goal that they saw as unattainable, is such a privilege.

People have so much more inner strength than they give themselves credit for! Our bodies are our temples and the self love starts right at the top with the mind. Once we get the mindset on the right path then ANYTHING is possible!! For all of the time that I am coaching my Peeps, it all comes back to me 10 fold. Because of them, I am held accountable for my goals as well. I track my daily actions just as I require them to do and we all work TOGETHER towards our goals. Another amazing part of coaching is watching the friendships form within our groups. We have people in there from all over and many have never met in person but through the daily grind of being accountable and supporting each other, amazing friendships have been made! Seriously, how cool is that?!?!? I love them all SO MUCH and am so grateful for the trust that they give to me to lead them on their journey!

These are just a few reasons of why I have the best job on the planet!!
