If you know me then you have heard me say a million times over that MEAL PREP is KEY to staying and track. The success of your entire week could be determined by spending a little extra time in the kitchen. Nutrition is such an important part of your weight loss journey and there is nothing more frustrating than working SO HARD on getting your workouts in then not seeing the results you are hoping for. Yes your workouts are an important factor in healthy living but its what you put in your mouth that is going to make or break your success. So do not sell yourself short and only do the 20% that it takes but get in the other 80% and you WILL see results!!
