I Bring You My Famous Quinoa Bake!
By now you must know that I am all about meal prepping on a budget!! You will LOVE this one!! Creating this masterpiece of healthy deliciousness has made many dinners quick, easy and stress free at my home. You know when your 22 year old daughter likes one of your creations, it MUST be good!! Not only is this meal an all in one type of dish but it is also super cheap to make!! There isn’t anything you can’t add to it. Is there a cheaper place to shop than in your own kitchen? UUmmm NOT!!!
I have given this recipe out to so many of my clients and they have created something new and different with it each time! It is an “empty the fridge out” meal and the prep is so minimal! I share in my video below what I used in this Quinoa Bake but don’t let that limit you! This is NOT just a meal to keep for yourself! You can make this recipe in muffin pans as well as make it into quinoa patties. This is a great option to make ahead and freeze individually or bring to a party as an appetizer! You WILL be the hit of the party!!
Just a few of the health benefits of my Quinoa Bake:
Quinoa – one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat – contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains – contains Iron and Lysine – rich in magnesium – high in Riboflavin (B2) – high content of manganese
Ground Turkey – Low calorie and high protein. A 4-oz. serving of raw, fat-free ground turkey has 127 calories, 2.21 grams of fat, 27 grams of protein.
Assorted Veggies – Just believe that they are GOOD for you!
